New York, July 26, 2021 – American Express Global Business Travel (GBT), the world’s leading business partner for managed travel, has made its employee spend management solution, Neo1, available to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the U.S. Neo1 is an online service designed to help SMEs track cash flow by streamlining end-to-end purchasing processes.
Subscribing companies obtain budgeting, purchasing, expense management and reporting services. The platform also includes GBT’s online travel booking and 24/7 travel service, purchasing integration with Amazon Business, and payment integration of major credit cards. The subscription will be free for the first 500 new customers.

Prior to Neo1’s launch in the U.K. in July 2020, GBT found that 60% of business owners preferred a single system to book travel, track expenses, and make purchases.
