RESULTS
In March 2021, American Express GBT Meetings & Events coordinated the virtual LATAM Business Travel Forum on behalf of Aeroméxico, Delta and American Express Global Business Travel (GBT).
For a seamless attendee experience, the event incorporated both live and pre-recorded content that were connected by a live moderator. 350 key clients attended from nine LATAM countries and took part in nine sessions throughout the forum, including breakouts and a keynote linked in live from a remote location. To encourage interaction, the presenters used a polling tool, Slido, to gather audience questions and opinions throughout the event.
The forum was a resounding success, with the client and sponsors agreeing that due to its high quality it will be replicated next year.
