If you find a lower qualifying rate for the same property with the same terms and inclusions within a 24-hour period at the time of booking your hotel room, we will match it or refund you the difference. Before you get started, please book the lowest available rate through your company’s booking channel and take a screen capture of the lower rate found elsewhere. Then simply fill out the form below to initiate a claim and we’ll send you an email with instructions for providing your booking information and details on the like-for-like accommodation. You’ll need to initiate the claim within 24 hours from the time of booking.
