London – Thursday, May 31 – American Express Global Business Travel (GBT), one of the world’s leading travel management companies, announced today that David Radcliffe, CEO of Hogg Robinson Group plc (HRG), will join the GBT Board upon the completion of its acquisition of HRG.

David was appointed CEO of HRG in 1997, and led the company’s successful repositioning as a focused corporate services group. He was appointed to its board in 1989, having joined the group originally in 1978. David is also a non-executive director of Wincanton plc, the transport and logistics services provider, and a member of its Audit, Nominations and Remunerations Committees. David is a Companion of the Chartered Management Institute and has also been inducted into BTN’s Hall of Fame in North America and the British Travel and Hospitality Hall of Fame in the UK.
