New York, New York, April 22nd, 2016 – American Express Global Business Travel (“GBT”) today announced that Bill Glenn, President and CEO, will step down from his current role and join the American Express Global Business Travel Board of Directors effective immediately. Greg O’Hara, Chairman of the Board, will become the interim President and CEO and the company’s executive leadership team will report directly to Greg during a transition period while a search for a new President and CEO is conducted.
