Upgrading the Los Angeles – Tokyo Service
From June 6 to October 26, 2019, American Airlines will offer flights between Los Angeles (LAX) and Tokyo’s Haneda International Airport (HND) with Flagship® First and more seats in Flagship® Business and Premium Economy.
The flights will be operated on the Boeing 777-300ER aircraft. Customers will have access to Wi-Fi, power at every seat and complimentary seatback entertainment. At LAX, customers traveling in Flagship First will have access to Flagship® First Dining, as well as the Flagship® Lounge. This unparalleled sit-down dining experience is the first of its kind for any U.S. carrier. Located in the Flagship Lounge, Flagship First Dining features locally sourced ingredients and regionally inspired dishes. Travelers can pair their meals with one of the exclusive handcrafted cocktails, signature wines or craft beers.
When traveling out of HND, Flagship First customers have access to Japan Airlines’ First Class Lounge. Customers may enjoy a wide range of services, from buffets with premium wines and champagne, complimentary Wi-Fi access, conference rooms, business suites, entertainment zones, and private showers.
