New Distribution Capability (NDC) is an alternative data structure that allows airlines to distribute content differently, creating more bundles and tailored offers to customers. More and more airlines are transitioning to NDC and it’s increasingly becoming a hot topic in travel.

The transition to NDC across the industry brings exciting opportunities and we are committed to its success. Our goal in bringing NDC content onboard is to continue to provide a unique global marketplace that combines smart software and trusted services to meet all of our customer needs.
To make sure NDC delivers value for our customers, we’ve established an industry standard for implementing NDC for business travel - a set of guidelines called the Minimum Marketable Product (MMP) framework. The MMP framework includes use cases that need to be considered as basic or foundational requirements for an end-to-end booking and managed travel experience for our customers.
We are working with airlines and technology partners to integrate NDC content into our booking and servicing environments. Our deployment of NDC content is a staged roll out across select regions and carriers to manage change and maintain a great customer experience. Through our Neo™ and Egencia platforms, we have many clients already accessing NDC content.
By being thoughtful and collaborative, we are using our experience to establish standards for the entire ecosystem and help our customers navigate and manage the impact of changes to their managed travel programs. We are prepared for the journey.
