Mr. O’Hara is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Travel Leaders Group and has previously served on the boards of Carlson Wagonlit Travel, Travelport, Worldspan Technologies and various other companies. Prior to founding Certares, he was the Chief Investment Officer at JPMorgan Chase's Special Investments Group and was also a Managing Director at One Equity Partners.

Earlier in his career, he served as an Executive Vice President of Corporate Planning and Development of Worldspan Technologies and Worldspan, a Senior Vice President of Sabre, Inc. and various other positions.

He holds an M.B.A from Vanderbilt University.

Doug Anderson is Chief Executive Officer of American Express Global Business Travel (GBT). Previously, Doug served as the CEO and President of Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT), after initially joining CWT as Chief Financial Officer.

Prior to joining CWT, Doug worked for the Eastman Kodak Group as Finance Director of Digital & Film Imaging Systems for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. He also served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Offer at SITA, an IT and telecommunications service provider to the air transport industry.

Doug spent 25 years at United Parcel Service of America, Inc. (UPS), where his most recent positions included Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for UPS Logistics Group. He has extensive international experience in the Asia-Pacific region and Europe.

Doug is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska. He currently resides with his family in the London area.

Philippe Chérèque is President of American Express Global Business Travel (GBT), responsible for GBT’s customer-facing organizations, including Sales and Client Management, Global Business Consulting, Meetings & Events, and Technology.

Mr. Chérèque previously held the role of Executive Vice President of Commercial at Amadeus Technology Group SA, where he led the worldwide implementation of Amadeus Technology’s commercial strategy. Prior to that, he served as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy, responsible for driving and coordinating the company’s business development, marketing, technical architecture and product plan. Mr. Chérèque joined Amadeus Global Travel Distribution S.A. as one of the founders in 1987.

Prior to joining Amadeus, Mr. Chérèque worked at Air France for seven years, where he held a number of managerial positions in operational research, computer analysis and passenger application software development.

A graduate Engineer of the Institut Supérieur d’Electronique de Paris, Mr. Chérèque also holds a Master of Science degree in Electronics from the University of Paris.

Prior to joining GBT, Mr. Bock served as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Chief Administrative Officer, as well as Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer, of Travelport and as a member of the Board of Directors of eNett International, a leading provider of innovative, integrated payment solutions. In addition to playing an integral role in developing and implementing Travelport’s strategic plans, he also was Chairman of the Enterprise Risk Management Committee and a member of the Employee Benefits, Charitable, Disclosure and Investment Committees.

rior to Travelport, Mr. Bock was Executive Vice President, Law and Corporate Secretary for Cendant Corporation, overseeing the company’s legal practice groups in securities and corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate secretarial and governance matters, executive compensation, travel distribution services and marketing services. He also served on Cendant’s business ethics committee, disclosure committee, employee benefits committee and business continuity planning committee. Before Cendant, Mr. Bock was associated with the corporate group at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.

Mr. Bock is a graduate of Lafayette College and Fordham University School of Law.

Steve Curts serves as Chief Strategy Officer for American Express Global Business Travel (GBT). In this role, Mr. Curts has responsibility for Strategy, Acquisitions and Partnerships; Data Analytics; Marketing; Public Relations; Sales Enablement; and GBT’s technology transformation efforts.

Steve Curts serves as Chief Strategy Officer for American Express Global Business Travel (GBT). In this role, Mr. Curts has responsibility for Strategy, Acquisitions and Partnerships; Data Analytics; Marketing; Public Relations; Sales Enablement; and GBT’s technology transformation efforts.

Mr. Curts has over 30 years of experience, primarily in Technology Services. Most recently, Mr. Curts served as Vice President for Dell Services, Services Delivery. During his four years with Dell, Inc., he focused on Strategy, M&A, Global Delivery and Operational Improvements for Dell’s Services division. Most recently, he led the Healthcare Industry Services Group and was responsible for the development of a new global delivery strategy for all of Dell Services.

Prior to Dell, Inc.’s acquisition of Perot Systems in 2009, Mr. Curts led the Perot Systems Commercial Solutions Group. This unit focused on delivering technology solutions to clients primarily in the manufacturing, consumer and travel industries. This group also focused on working with Private Equity firms to implement technology for carve outs and integrations. He was also responsible for contract performance optimization for all of Perot Systems. Mr. Curts joined Perot Systems in 1989 and held multiple senior Financial and Operational roles within the firm during his 20 year tenure.

Mr. Curts received his BBA in accounting from Southern Methodist University in 1982.

Martine Gerow is Chief Financial Officer of American Express Global Business Travel (GBT), responsible for overall financial management of the company, its financial reporting and transparency, and for multiple corporate functions including Controller, Treasury, Tax, Audit, Pricing, Financial Planning and Analysis.

Prior to joining American Express Global Business Travel, Martine served as Chief Financial Officer of Carlson Wagonlit Travel where she led a large global team overseeing all functions within the finance division. She has also held CFO positions at French media services company Solocal Groupe and Spanish multinational food company, Campofrio. Earlier in her career, she was a strategy consultant for the Boston Consulting Group, before moving to PepsiCo and then Danone, where she held Division CFO and Group Controller roles.

 

Martine received a business degree from HEC Paris and an MBA from the Columbia Business School in New York. She is on the Board and Chair of the Audit Committee of BPI France Investment since 2015.

Si-Yeon Kim is Chief Compliance and Risk Officer for American Express Global Business Travel (GBT), overseeing Compliance & Ethics, Operational Risk, and Credit Risk for the company.

Previously, Ms. Kim served as Chief Compliance Officer for One Equity Partners (OEP), JPMorgan Chase & Co.’s private investment arm, where she oversaw all financial and bank regulatory matters, as well as FCPA/UKBA, OFAC and AML compliance for OEP and its portfolio companies. Before joining OEP, Ms. Kim was the Asia Pacific General Counsel of Avon Products, Inc., based in Hong Kong, and prior to that, Assistant General Counsel at Avon’s Global Corporate Headquarters in New York. She began her law career at Chadbourne & Parke LLP.

Ms. Kim received her J.D. from Columbia Law School where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, her A.M. from Harvard University in Russian Regional Studies, and her B.A. from Seoul National University in Russian Language and Literature.

Previously, Ms. Kruse was the founder and a partner in an HR consulting firm, Human Capital Partners (HCpartners), which provided services to companies in the areas of talent development and coaching, compensation and benefits, and support of acquisition and integration projects. Prior to founding HCpartners, Ms. Kruse served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources for Travelport LTD., responsible for global human resource functions including Rewards, Talent, Engagement, Facilities, Corporate Social Responsibility and Internal Communications.

A career human resource executive, Ms. Kruse was Executive Vice President of Cendant’s Travel Distribution Services (TDS) Division, the predecessor to Travelport. In that capacity she served as the human resources leader and manager for the acquisition and divestiture of more than two dozen businesses over five years. By the time TDS was spun off from Cendant into Travelport, it had grown to more than 11,000 employees worldwide and its core brands included Galileo, Worldspan, Orbitz, Cheaptickets, and GTA. Additionally, Ms. Kruse has held human resources roles at PepsiCo / Frito Lay, Chase Manhattan Bank, and Clairol.

Ms. Kruse graduated with a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and earned her MA in Psychology from the Columbia University.
